問：「可不可以和你做朋友」的英文說法是不是 May I make friend/ friends with
you？句中應用 friend還是 friends？
答：「做朋友」是兩人的事，所以 friend必須用複數形式，例如：
He made friends with the shy little boy（他跟那個害羞的小男孩做了朋友）。
May I make friends with you?這說法沒有問題。另一說法是： Can we be
friends?（我們做朋友好嗎？）
To be friends是「有朋友的交情」，但 to befriend someone意思卻有點不同，指「待（某人）如朋友」，帶有「對方弱小，須加照拂」含義。要和人做朋友，可不要說 May I
befriend you?當然，你可以說 He befriended the shy little boy。
問： Experience一字，什麼時候是不可數名詞（
uncountable noun），什麼時候是可數名詞（ countable noun）？
答：泛指「經驗」， experience是不可數名詞；說「經歷」或「經歷的事」，則是可數名詞，例如：（
